Belfast
This Northern Ireland Capital is packed with entertainment, arts shopping, and museums. The best time to visit is in the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival held between 2nd and 31st May 2011. The festival features a variety of international talents performing music, comedy and street theatre to the city centre of Belfast.
